I have a tendency to pass gas a lot during yoga. It always happens in Downward facing Dog and forward bend. Is this normal? I worry that it's not and I think other people notice it, too.

I travel a lot for my job. I always want to pop into a yoga studio, but drop in rates are really expensive and I visit at least 3 different cities/week. I really love being guided by a teacher. When I am left to my own devices, I can’t think of what poses to do. What is the best way for me to maintain my practice during travel?
